Anna Maria Santoro

I am the Laboratory Manager of the Yale Mineral Metabolism Laboratory which is part of the Yale Bone Center directed by ensign professor Dr. Karl Insogna. The Yale Mineral Metabolism Laboratory is CLIA and CAP certified. We analyze clinical and research samples for vitamin D metabolites, bone turnover markers and a wide range of cytokines relevant to skeletal metabolism.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Quinnipiac University in 2008 and in 2014 received my masters in Molecular and Cell Biology from my alma mater. Outside of the lab I enjoy spending time with my family as well as practicing yoga, hiking, and traveling.
