Biography
Dr. Hilary E. Fazzone is a Board Certified physician by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine. She completed her fellowship in Neuro-Ophthalmology at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. Dr. Fazzone is a Neuro-Ophthalmologist in the department of Ophthalmology and Visual Science of the Yale School of Medicine and Director of Ophthalmology at the Cornell Scott Hill Health Center in New Haven, CT. Dr. Fazzone is a teacher of residents in training in the Yale Ophthalmology residency program. She previously worked as Director and Assistant Director of Neuro-Ophthalmology for the St. Luke's-Roosevelt and The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary Ophthalmology residency programs. She has received numerous awards for excellence in teaching.
