Biography

Lauren Babcock-Dunning is the Director of Online and Certificate Education at YSPH, where she is leading the development of new education initiatives aimed at expanding the reach, accessibility, and global impact of the School. Lauren comes to Yale from Rutgers University, where she was a Senior Research Specialist and developed training programs and courses on workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and transportation policy for the National Transit Institute and the Center for Transportation Safety, Security and Risk. Before joining Rutgers, Lauren served as a Coordinator at the Yale Center for Public Health Preparedness, developing risk communication and media relations training programs to prepare the public health workforce for emergencies. Lauren holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Ottawa and an MPH with a focus on health communication from Tufts University School of Medicine.
