General Information

Yale Surgery has attained international recognition for making surgery safer and less invasive while maintaining the core principles of surgical care. Minimally invasive approaches are available across a wide spectrum of care, and are employed to minimize surgical trauma and expedite recovery. A complete array of surgical services is available for both adults and children. Yale surgeons are at the forefront of clinical, basic, and translational research.

Services include:

  • Cardiac surgery
  • Colon and rectal surgery
  • Dental/orthodontic surgery
  • Endocrine surgery
  • Gastrointestinal surgery, including bariatric surgery
  • Oncology/The Breast Center

  • Multidisciplinary teams for complex disease treatment
