Amy Walczak

Amy Bradley has worked in the Office of the Medical Director at Yale-New Haven Psychiatric Hospital since 2017. She oversees Medical Staff affairs for Yale Medicine psychiatric providers within the Yale-New Haven Health System. Prior to joining Yale, Amy worked as a mental health counselor providing services to children/adolescents and their families within inpatient, outpatient, and in-home programs. She also served as practice manager for ambulatory psychiatry and midwifery practices. In the Department of Psychiatry, Amy Co-Chairs Project Synapse, the departments workplace improvement committee founded in 2018.

Not only does Amy enjoy playing softball, woodworking, and gardening in her free time but she volunteers with several animal rescue organizations in a variety of capacities. She specializes in fostering dogs with behavioral challenges. She also assists in the search and recovery of lost dogs.
